I just set up this blogg so hopefully I did it correct. I just went through the tutorial of the 7 and 1/2 habits. I think that the easiest of the seven for me would have to be the play even though that only counts as a 1/2, and the hardest would have to be using technology for my advantage because most of the time if it gets complicated I give up on it.
